September 2017 Meeting Announcement:

Join us to explore how LED technology can produce a return on investment from lighting upgrade projects. Frank Agraz with OSRAM Sylvania will explain how practitioners leverage energy savings, appropriate light levels, and long system life to design viable LED retrofit solutions for existing buildings.

As building owners search for ways to lower operating costs, energy-efficient lighting continues to provide a strong financial case for investing capital. Even companies who recently upgraded with linear fluorescent are now looking to LED to provide additional savings and a healthy ROI.  During this session, we will learn about the latest trends in lighting upgrade projects for existing buildings and the role played by solid-state lighting. We will explore the different types of LED retrofit solutions and the preferred applications for each one. We will also have an opportunity to compare the financial impacts of a turnkey retrofit project based on competing design solutions.
