Welcome to AEE Lone Star!

Members may log in to access members-only materials.

We at the AEE-Lone Star Chapter hope you are having a great 2021. We are asking for individuals and business that would like to be more involved with the chapter to let us know what you would like to do.

You can help in a number of ways...

  • Be a committee member (you get added continuing education credits)
  • Volunteer your place of business for a chapter meeting (We are looking to meet at different locations)
  • Volunteer to present a topic at a chapter meeting.
  • Be an annual sponsor to help with scholarships.

We are holding a virtual April meeting on April 22nd. Centerpoint Energy has brand new types of incentive programs this year and we will hear what they have to offer. The new programs will be of benefit to all non residential customers (i.e. school districts, hospitals, commercial buildings etc.)

Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.

President's Message

Welcome to website for the Lone Star Chapter (LSC) of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). The AEE Lone Star Chapter (AEE-LSC) is the Houston-area chapter of the international Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) organization. We encourage you to join and actively participate in AEE. To learn more about AEE, check out the AEE website at https://www.aeecenter.org/about-aee.

The AEE Lone Star Chapter Officers for 2021 are:

AEE-LSC has a local membership, which is separate from the broader AEE organization. Chapter memberships run on a calendar year cycle. Chapter members are added AEE-LSC distribution list to receive email messages about chapter meetings and events of interest. Chapter membership dues support the operation of the local chapter and have made it possible for the chapter to contribute scholarships to students who are pursuing education in energy-related fields.
